A hierarchy shows you what guy is on top, a whyrarchy shows you what why is on top. Rather than asigning highest accountability to those furthest from ‘the shop floor’, the whyrarchy shows how highest accountability lies with the individual. All individuals whitin an organisation should know how they contribute to the common purpose of their team, their department, organisation and utlimately societal purposes.
